Summary

Very good weekend for Natacha demonstrating once again her fighting qualities and reliability.

Her results can erase those of Magny-Cours back to the 3rd place in the overall standings with 68 points, ahead of De Marco with 1 point and behind 6 points on Sanchez and 12 points on Nelson Panciatici.

The title is fully open at 4 races from the end of the Championship.

28.09.2008 - 14:15 Race 2

Summary

Very nice race of Natacha who finishes 4th behind Alguersuari, Mendez and German Sanchez the winner, her teammate at Campos.

She is missing the podium in the Spanish Champion Ship but makes the 1st place for the podium of the Spanish Cup.

Started on the 3rd line, she quickly took advantage on Miguez and was on the point of passing Alguersuari, but she didn't want to close the door and she suddenly found herselves 5th at the 3rd turn. Campos Junior made a mistake and got herselves in the 4th place.

During 7 laps she tried to move closer to Alguersuari but her attempts to pass him were vain.

This weekend was an excellent operation this weekend by scoring 17 points in the Spanish Championship and 18 points in Spain Cup

Summary

This morning, still no rain and the track is dry. The weather forecast predicted heavy rainfall and they came last night.

Natacha feels good after her performance in the race 1. She will attempt to do again her maximum in order to finish in the first places, but it will depend of the track and weather conditions !

27.09.2008 - 19:00 Race 1

Summary

A very nice 2nd place in this first race in Valencia.

Started 4th, she got 3rd in the first turn by taking an excellent start, just behind Celso Miguez, 2nd and Jaime Alguersuari 1st.

After 6 laps, the Safety Car came on the track for 6 laps due to a violent accident of David Fumanelli.

At the restart, Natacha took the best on Miguez and found herselve in 2nd position behind Alguersuari.

Natacha has kept in touch by putting pressure on Alguersuari. On arrival, only 465/1000 separated the first two putting Miguez to 3 seconds from Natacha.

She scores today 11 points in the Spanish Championship and shares the 3rd place with German Sanchez, her teammate from Team Campos.

In Spain Cup, she scores 10 points and confirms her 2nd place behind Nelson Panciatici gaining 2 points.

For the race 2 of tomorrow, Natacha will start on the 3rd line in 5th position.

We hope all that the weather will remain like today without rain.

27.09.2008 - 14:15 Qualifications

Summary

Natacha finished 4th at 363/1000 away from Jaime Alguersuari in the Qualifying Session, and will start in the 2nd line at 16:15 for the 1st race.

The session took place on a dry track and was interrupted once by the red flag. Natacha, with her F306, realizes the best performance after the first three F308, separated only by 9 / 100.

Team Campos has placed 3 of its pilots in the first 6 places and are confidend for the race.

The Valencia circuit configuration is an advantage for the F308 that have more aerodynamic and are faster in the long curves.

Natacha has managed to be in front of her direct opponents in the overall standings as Nelson Panciatici and De Marco respectively placed 10th and 14th.

Despite a cloudy sky, we all hope that the race of 16:15 will be on a dry track.

Summary

at our arrival at the circuit, the track was dry. The Porsche Cup are doing their 1st qualifications session.

The weather for this morning should be relatively good (dry) but it was announced significant rainfall this afternoon.

The F3 qualifications are planned at 12:05 for a 30-minutes session.

Hope that the wheather remains stable until then!

26.09.2008 - 19:00 Free Practice Session 3

Summary

Natacha confirmed her potential by signing again the 2nd time with 1'31 .034 during this 3rd Free Practice Session at only 4 / 1000 behind German Sanchez, who was credited with 1'31 .031.

This session took place on a dry track and Natacha has done her best time with new tires like the majority of pilots.

Even if this result is encouraging, it will be necessary to improve the setting of the car to win some 1 / 10 in some sectors of the track to be very performant in the qualifications.

The weather forecast for tomorrow are very bad and there is big chance to have the rain for the qualifications and the 1st race. This fact may change the hierarchy found today.

Summary

Weather conditions have improved significantly and some rays of sun appeared. The pilots went on slick tires on a track practically dry.

Natacha immediately improved her laptime at each lap and made the 2nd time of this 2nd session behind her teammate German Sanchez and ahead of some 1 / 10 of her direct opponents Panciatici and De Marco.

The next session will be at 17:10

26.09.2008 - 14:00 Free Practice Session 1

Summary

This 7th round of he Spanish Champion Ship takes place on the Track where the Team Campos is Based. By the way, Team Campos is leading the standing by Teams.

It is under the rain that started this 1st session all cars in rain tires. For Natacha, the track was familiar but because of the rain conditions, she remained cautious.

After a stop at the pit for a setting adjustment, she returned and made the 7th time of this 1st practice session. As the track was drying, it was impossible to determine an exact hierarchy.
